Please note: Terminal Status & Operational Notices are only available for users with the 'Dashboard' permission enabled
Terminal Status and Operational Notices are also available in the ECT App for everyone.
The Dashboard shows active disruptions for the Delta and Euromax terminals. These are situational and will provide information into the accessibility to the ECT terminals. In most cases our terminals will be fully operational and no disruptions are planned or active.
The terminal status can consist of three different colours. Each representing the active state of the terminal.
It is also possible to subscribe to email notifications whenever there's a change to the Terminal Status by clicking on the bell icon in the top-right.

It's possible that different disruptions are simultaneously present or disruptions that have several consequences. To see all active and planned disruptions you can open the detail window. The detail window contains all information available about the disruptions.
Besides active disruptions it's also possible to navigate to the Planned tab and see all disruptions or maintenance moments currently planned by ECT. Also known as Operational Notices.

When ECT needs to plan maintenance or is aware of possible disruptions in the near future these will be visible on both the Dashboard and the Detail window. These planned moments are Operational Notices. Similarly to the Terminal Status these consist of:
When the start time is reached these operational notices will become active in the Terminal Status.

The Terminal Status is also available in the ECT App. Get all the information on the home page and you can also receive push notifications on your phone whenever an update is processed by ECT.
